BUT IF IT [THE HOUSE] USED TO BE RENTED TO OTHERS, EVEN IF ONE FINDS [ARTICLES] IN THE HOUSE ITSELF, THEY BELONG TO HIM. Why so: let it be assigned to the last [tenant]?<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' I.e., let the last tenant be assumed the owner (Tosaf.). ');"><sup>6</sup></span>
